Roach Infestation & Lack of communication
Staff and maintenance do the best of their ability to care for this complex but it definitely has a roach infestation in ... certain buildings no matter how many time pest control comes to spray it’s not addressing the source. Communication for the on going water situation is fucking terrible there has not been one notice passed out to residents that water supplies would be shut off for repairs nor has then been an appropriate time of restoration this is diabolical to have no water from 10am pass 10:30pm at night for the past week including weekends. A simple notice for preparation would have been greatly appreciated, I do hope they plan on reducing rent fees for the inconvenience. Really like living here. Apartment is a good size,and no problems with the appliances which is really nice. The complex itself ... is pretty and well maintained. The manager is a great lady, she's friendly and seems to keep things organized in the complex. One of the best apartment living experiences I've had. If I had anything to complain about it would be lack of parking. That isn't even that bad. I would and have recommended this place to people. This apartment was uninhabitable for the entirety of the two months we lived there. The unit had an active roach infestation ... with roach feces inside kitchen cabinets, making food storage unsafe. There was also a strong smoke odor throughout the home that was never resolved. Management ordered pest control, but when treatments failed, nothing further was done. There was no escalation, no remediation, and no attempt to address contamination of the cabinetry or living space. Simply sending pest control while ignoring visible infestation and biohazard conditions is not a solution—it is negligence. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, management refused to take meaningful action, offered no alternative unit, no professional cleaning, no cabinet replacement, and no assistance of any kind. We were left paying for a unit that could not be safely lived in. Eventually, management terminated the lease at their own fault after acknowledging the apartment was uninhabitable. Even then, we received zero help with moving costs, zero compensation, and zero accountability for the financial and emotional burden this caused. This property demonstrates a clear pattern of doing the bare minimum while expecting tenants to tolerate unsafe living conditions.
